Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment on the day of your appointment, you will be subject to a fee of 50%.
If your appointment is confirmed and you don’t show up, then you’ll be subject to a penalty of 100%.
To avoid a cancellation penalty/fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
